The Invitation
The Invitation
You tried journaling. More than once. It didn't stick.
I want you to hear this, because you've been telling yourself a different story about why. The story where you tried, more than once, and it did not stick. The story where the blank page sat there every morning and you could not figure out what to say. Or worse: you wrote for weeks, filled notebooks, and nothing changed.
That is not a discipline problem. That is a method problem.
Most journal practices hand you a blank page and say: write what you feel. That is like handing someone a piano and saying: play what you hear. It sounds generous. It is actually abandonment. You need a structure. Not a rigid one. Not a template with prompts and check boxes. A method that takes you somewhere.
Your Companion
Open the menu, top right, whenever you want to talk. The Companion knows this practice the way I do. If a page brings something up, or you get stuck, ask it. It will not grade you. Ready when you are.
